Heroclix Wolverine in Japan with Plast Craft Games 28mm Fukei Kensai Japanese Terrain

WizKids' Heroclix brought the Marvel Universe to miniatures in approximately O-scale.  While not metal miniatures, these highly dynamic pre-painted plastic sculpts with stats built into their base dials made miniature wargaming very accessible to beginners and fans who were already familiar with these comic book superheroes and supervillains.  These Heroclix figures make great recreations of comic stories in miniature form such as this diorama of Wolverine in Japan from Wolverine (1982 Limited Series) #1-4 and Uncanny X-Men #172-173 (1983).
Here is the full diorama with Plast Craft Games' 28mm Fukei Kensai Dojo FK025 on the left and Fukei Kensai Pergola FK021 on the right.  The Heroclix figures include Hand Ninjas 004-009 from the Xplosion expansion, Silver Samurai 069 from the Xplosion expansion, Wolverine 090 from the Sinister expansion, Viper 026 from the Captain America expansion, Lady Deathstrike 092 from the Xplosion expansion, Silver Samurai 044 from Wolverine and the X-men expansion, Psylocke 063 from the Wolverine and the X-men expansion, Hand Ninja 006 from the Deadpool expansion, and Hand Ninja 003 from the Hammer of Thor expansion.

Some close-ups of the classic confrontation between Silver Samurai and Wolverine at the steps of the Dojo as the Hand Ninjas stream in to assist.
Here is a panel from the Silver Samurai/Wolverine battle in Uncanny X-Men (1983) #173 that inspired this diorama.
Here, Psylocke confronts a trio of villains in a teleporting Silver Samurai, Viper, and Lady Deathstrike at the Pergola, with support from the Hand of course.
Viper was also feaured in Uncanny X-Men #173 (1983) with her own cadre of Hand Ninja.
In Uncanny X-Men #257 (1990), Psylocke defeated a Hand Ninja with her own subterfuge.
